During my recent business trip, I had a seamless experience at Residence Inn. The early check-in was greatly appreciated as I arrived three hours prior to the scheduled time. My room was upgraded to a more spacious layout with a separate bedroom, which provided excellent comfort for my stay. A notable mention is Manuel, who was exceptionally attentive during check-in and consistently ensured all my needs were met throughout my stay.
No issues to mention.

Unexpected warmth from the team
From the moment I arrived, the staff's enthusiasm was infectious. The room felt like home, super clean and with a delightful layout that made my stay enjoyable. I loved the charming café which offered a lovely atmosphere for my morning coffee. Their attention to detail made every interaction delightful.
However, I did face challenges with the Wi-Fi, which hindered my ability to connect during my online meetings. Despite my requests, the issue wasn’t promptly addressed, slightly dampening my experience.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable, but the studio had great amenities for solo travelers.

The check-in was smooth, and the room's cleanliness was top-notch. Great shower pressure and a bed that felt like a slice of heaven! Really, who needs a separate kitchen table when you have impeccable views?
The restaurant's food portions were tiny—small enough to make a mouse feel like a king! And poor Wi-Fi, I almost thought I was in a time warp!

The café in the lobby was such a charming spot to grab a coffee, and I loved the modern decor in my spacious room. However, the toilet had a persistent leak, which was a bit annoying.

Fantastic stay with great staff!
I just spent 2 nights here and loved it! Sherica at the front desk was super friendly and gave me awesome local food tips. The room was spacious with a full kitchen, perfect for my solo trip. Breakfast was a highlight too, so many yummy options! Only bummer was the parking can get pricey.

I had a fantastic time during my stay! The hotel's location nestled amid cobblestone streets made it easy to explore nearby attractions (the Edgar Allan Poe Museum was a personal favorite). The spacious studio boasted modern appliances which added a touch of luxury, and the staff were genuinely friendly and professional.
However, I found the breakfast hours a bit confusing (it would be nice if they could clarify that better), and the noise from the nearby bar was quite loud at night—definitely pack some earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

The room was super clean and had a great shower. The bed was comfy but a little too soft, which made me wake up a few times. I got some advice from the staff about using towels to help with that. Overall, it was well decorated and modern, which was nice. Just had some trouble sleeping like I wanted.
